To some Indys and agencies in the DMV area, RS2K isn't worth a hill of beans. In fact, if you stick your hand into that giant pile of beans and pull out just one bean, it's worth less than that.

To those of us who are RS2K members in the DMV area, it occasionally feels like the fee we paid to this company went down the toilet.  

Actually, one could derive more entertainment watching that money swirl down in the water.

You're asking us to do your homework for you. You want somebody to collate the information and feed it to you like a mother bird who feeds its young. It's also a tough question and most likely nobody has a complete answer.

Be that as it may, if you can afford to join all three, then you will be covered in all 50 States and probably other countries.

City-Girls will only accept RS2K.  Other agencies in the area will accept P411 and/or DC.  Few agencies accept none of the above.  Choosing only one, P411 is probably your best bet.
