First let me categorically state that your TER brethren have your best interest at heart and their advice is sincere and based on much experience. But I would caution you not to get so wrapped up in reviews to the point that you factor your own interests out of the equation. Part of the TER learning curve is understanding how to interpret reviews and relate them to your own expectations.
