Selective_Mammary posted an ISO on Lily recently.  SillyGrin's conjecture was correct.  Lily is very real and is an absolutely delightful young woman.  She is very much the GFE in temperment, albeit with one oral decrement.

I may post a review shortly.  But then again, I may not.  My follow-through has been lacking lately...  In any case, I'd definitely see her again!
