Just out of curiosity, does anyone actually read any of the links that ng posts? I will confess to being bored enough on occasion to actually click on about one in five of his links, how about the rest of you?

Well, you know I usually do. After all, even a madman is sometimes correct. But, I'm finally so over trying to talk in any reasonable manner with him (and the other one, what's-his-name down below). You just can't reason with a madman, a lazy whiner or a hysterical who's-it. Meh... So, it took me awhile to learn that.

Only once did I make the mistake of reading on of ng's links.  It was total bullshit and I have yet to make that mistake again.  But, seriously, GaGa, do you know anything about the young pitching prospect the Mets got for Beltran?  I'm hopeful, based on the Giants' system having delivered guys like Lincecum to the Bigs.  If he's good, and if Beltran continues with his strong season, it'll be a great deal for both clubs.  Long-term, Beltran's wheels are just not up to the grind of every day, NL play.  He needs to get real and accept an AL DH role.

Please go back to your version of "reality."  In mine, you're something like a piece of toilet paper Carlos Beltran just used to wipe his ass.  Actually, what I think you are is some sort of masochist.  You'd have to be to be continually ridiculed and come back to eat more shit.  Your real handle should be "mr_coprophage."  Go look it up.  LOL!
But I am interested in what you think of the Beltran trade.  Are you a baseball fan?  What's your favorite team?  Do you prefer the NL or the AL. What about the DH rule?  The Sports Board wants to know!  LMAO!

Now about Zack Wheeler, he went number 6 overall in the 2009 draft and SF thought enough of him to give him a multi million dollar signing bonus, not bad for a kid who too young to even go into a bar until a month or so ago.

The Mets already have some good arms, plus Reyes and Wright, etc.  Is Wheeler in AAA yet?  Wonder when he'll be ready to pitch in the bigs?  And, yes, when someone like ng denies he's upset you can almost see the steam coming out of his ears!  But at least he will have left us this new sports board when he blows a gasket and gets institutionalized.  There are a few others on this board who could use a straight-jacket and a dose of Thorazine.
