You say you had suspicions but you went ahead anyway. Chalk it up as an "interesting" experience and move on. You are doing the right thing by not outing her since you really have no absolute proof of anything.

Since you gave few details, there's no way of knowing anything. But it is possible that she was a hermaphrodite and was born with both sex organs, such as a clitoris and testicles.
I'm not a medical professional, but I know these cases can cover a wide range of possibilities. The easy ones are when the person is clearly male or female, with the exception of the extra equipment. But sometimes it's not so clear and things get more complicated, including needing to take hormones for the rest of their life.
The reason I'm aware of this situation is I once dated a beautiful woman with all the right female parts- hips, waist, breasts, and the right size female frame etc. But, she had what I would call a very shallow vagina- one that was either undeveloped, or perhaps reconstructed. She would give me oral for one hour or two hours until I was totally spent (I'm NOT making this up) because she was afraid of vaginal sex. I would think you would be able to tell by the shape or her ass, size of her hands…etc.
The shape of her ass would be the deciding factor for me. If her ass looks like a man’s I would pay a cancellation fee at the door.

Your thread title is interesting as I do not perceive this to be a challenge to your masculinity. The sex you had was clinically heterosexual. Your provider gender identifies as female and if she were biological male at one point in her life, she is not now. She was a child once too, but that does not make you a pedophile. Your squeamishness is understandable given the stigma and hostility of being TS or associated with them engenders. I applaud your efforts to protect her identity. If she has successfully transitioned, she does not deserve having her hard fought gender identity needlessly questioned.
I see and review TS providers. I identify them as female even though the sex act is obviously different. If you forced me to label myself, I would probably identify as bisexual, although many men that see TS providers consider themselves heterosexual. I mention my experience only to contrast it with your own. You were clearly attracted to a female where my own attractions are more confused. That you are uneasy now due to your suspicions is likely a result of deep ingrained fears of homosexuality and the social stigma associated with it. I hope anyone reading this very informative thread would translate your experience into empathy for those that are TS and live with this unease from others every day.

i would submit a review based on how the provider gender identifies. if she wanted to ID as GG, i would comply. it has no impact in my case though, as with TER reviews, the first review defines all of those parameters. I will never be the first reviewer of anyone.

I got nothing against TS, people are free to do as they wish. I admittedly have never seen one since I prefer real females. It has less to do with not accepting them as female but more to do with modern technology not being advanced enough to transform them 100% into a real female... All of which are necessary in removing the stigmas: able to conceive, ovulate, sound like a female with higher pitched voice, no big adams apple, post-op scars, etc.
After seeing a gender change operation, turning the penis into a vagina... I was kinda grossed out though. The first thought that went though my mind was, "Not too sure if I wanna stick my sick in it." Lol
