First, not having a reference doesn’t automatically mean you can not establish a level of comfort that a provider will need to agree to a meeting.

There are many different avenues that a provider can utilize to gain her own level of comfort and gain the confidence in your identity to encourage her to set up an appointment to meet with you.

The good news is that you are planning ahead which will give a provider enough time to get comfortable with who you are. I just suggest:

#1- Do your research and find a provider that you are confident in (–You have the tools at your disposal right here on this site to provide you with everything you could possibly need to know)

(A)-Check her reviews- read what some of the
other gentleman have said about her. In addition to using your little head to savor the juicy details, be sure to pay attention to comments made about how she screened, how she contacted him and what went into setting up the meeting. (*Allow your big head to be as comforted and
catered to as your little head*)

(B)-Use the “reviewers screenname” to see which type of providers this gentleman usually uses. (*This is also a great way to shop for a provider*) If “JohnnyX” has posted reviews of 455 women and they are all over the scale in terms of discretion and services(*meaning he reviewed "SusieW" who advertises only on one site and has mostly 8’s & 9’s and he also has a review for “Baby Cakes fat lips” who is on C/L The Large Hound, Escorts are hot.Org, and in the back pages of every 25 cent flyer in the city... (*Baby Cakes was offering BBBJ last week on the corner of 5th and Center Street for $15)…..-as opposed to “ThomasX” reviewer who has 8 providers reviewed over a two year period and each provider has stated repeatedly that she
is UTR-(*Under the radar*) and has only a
limited client base...… these are good
indicators of the hobbyist interests and
discretion.

(C)-Contact the hobbyist via his screen name by utilizing TER’s private mail system (*this is referred to as PM or private message*) send him a note with specific questions and concerns that you might have about the provider (*be sure to tell him in the opening sentence that you are a
newbie*) Express any concerns that are specific to you(*ie: discretion, drug use-or lack of,etc)

D- Use the search tab on the discussion board that the provider calls home (*as well as your city if you are considering a traveling provider*) –This is the third tab to the right top of the discussion board just under the disclaimer that has “search messages” on it...… Click that box and then place the providers screen name in the box marked “author” you can also set the day range from 999 to 0 (*then you will get more results) read what this provider has posted on the discussion boards. This will
give you a hug impression of what this provider is like. You should also have a general idea of what part of town she is located in, by reading the reviews, also what type of environment she meets friends in etc etc......…

#2-Once you are confident in a provider, compose an email with a basic introduction of yourself. Explain you are new to the hobby and that you don’t have any references.. Give a general idea of what you are looking for (*no specifics*) and tell her to reply with the necessary info to continue in pursuing a meeting. The provider should take it from there.

I do have to warn you that most established providers have as much or more at stake than you do by agreeing to a meeting. So, her concerns might be as equally important as yours. If you have sensitive information that you are uncomfortable in sharing then you will need to examine your own situation and find facts and tangible information that you feel would help her establish a level of comfort. Most established providers do have guidelines that they use to attain their level of comfort but most are also educated, intelligent women who also know more of the “not so commonly known” avenues that are just as reliable.

There are also secondary screening sites (*such as RoomService2000*) which are used in some of the larger cities that will actually verify that you are what you claim to be and they give providers some confidence.

Best wishes in your search and good luck in your venture....…

Post to your regional TER board. You should get some help there.

Great Suggestions!  Thank you so much.

Thank God for intelligent, clear thinking sexy redheads: Especially Tori! Her posts should be required reading for newbies:both hobbyists and providers. I still fit in that classification, but I'm a lot wiser for having read her. Thanks Tori
