the President of the United States is chosen by a group of power brokers in a back room somewhere in a big cushy room with lots of water glasses, maps of the world, and stock tickers next to the names of the candidates.

The people have not had a REAL voice in the election of a president since Kennedy was assassinated. you might think your vote matters, but all you're doing is choosing the color scheme of the white house (red or blue) for four years at a time. The same names are at the top of the food chain regardless of whether its the hypocritical Republicans, or the flaccid Democrats.

The final decisions have already been made. We're just going through the motions because theres profit to be made on the campaigns. Advertisers, public relations, media manipulators, and oh, lets not forget those pollsters.... and the lobbyists..... whether it be Wall Street, K Street, Madison Avenue or Hollywood Blvd., you as an individual citizen of this country, have no power or control over your country's destiny.

We'll have 4 years of Hillary, by which time the world will be in complete chaos and our country will be ripped apart by extreme partisan forces into regional city states, thus completing the rise and fall of the american empire.

Born to escape the yoke of King George the Mad, killed under the yoke of King George the Usurper.

Take off the blinders of partisanship and start looking through a magnifying glass. Then try to look at yourself in the mirror without feeling shame for your participation in it.

It is readily apparent that our once great democracy is dead, and the election process is merely an act to pacify and fool the populace into thinking otherwise.

Neither wins the favor of the controlling corporatocracy, and so no matter how much honesty, integrity, intelligence, or duty to country and Constitution they have proven or possess; the final decision will be between candidates chosen for their allegiance to a status quo.

some "secret" government under a mountain in Colorado, I do subscribe to the fact that enough of our congressional members, Federal judges and certain individuals in the executive branch are under the influence of too many lobbiests... to really be looking out for "the average American" - whatever that is.

That is just how I interpret some of the laws now being passed that seem to have little with the true legal activities of the government:
1) protecting & defending the country from invasion.
2) providing for the fair and equal treatment of CITIZENS under the law
3) Ensuring that the laws of the country are enforced.

That's about it.

fair & equal treatment for people?  You know, like the 5th amendment?

narrowmindedly busy interpreting the amendments that you failed to read Articles 3 & 4. These deal specifically with WHO is entitled to the protection of the Constitution as a whole....

Dam.... there is a lot in the constitution besides the amendments....

FUCKING UNIQUE way of interpreting the constitution, but us simple country lawyers tend to read the case law, and notice that due process & equal protection are only handled 2 places, in the 5th and 14th amendments; and that in both places, they relate not to citizens, but to PERSONS; and indeed, the 14th amendment is the 1st definition of citizen, and yet STILL refers to due process as applying to PERSONS.

Yeah, I know, I'm just a really narrowminded person who cannot see that the moon is made of fucking gogonzola.  Just no fucking imagination or sense of fun, AT ALL, ya fuckin idjut.

Not only does reality have a well known liberal bias, but so do all the fucking manuals that you're supposed to be reading.  Teachers, knowledge, skills, all of those things are part of a vast left-wing conspiracy to bore us by making things work, which is not nearly as exciting a FUCKING THINGS UP!!!

Besides, there's so much more to the constitution!!  THere's impeachment!  There's quartering soldiers!   There's attainder and quorum!!  None of that is fucking relevant, but you'd only realize that if you'd had a measurable IQ & RTFM!!

ARE NOT citizens but reside within the territorial boundaries of the US can expect, clearly they set the Citizenry of the US ABOVE a 'person' who is not a citizen who happens to reside within the US....

So eat skatol containing bile construted effluent...

because it looks to me like that ain't the plain language.

Can you fucking explain that below??!!

""While these amendments do discuss citizenry, and to some extent what rights those who

and the 3 of you come up with a constitutional treatise?!

You could have it made into cartoons, sell it to David Letterman, and Paul Shaffer could set it to music!!  You'd make a fucking mint!!!

You fucking idiot.   You might know more about the constitution than a simple country lawyer, but I fucking doubt it.   You're too dumb to realize, that's what they fucking do for a living.

as Spence is the country bumpkin lawyer.. and Ervin was the Senator who served as constitutional expert extraordinaire during the Watergate Hearings (actually he was chair of the committee).  So law boy, which are ya?

Sad truth is- you are neither as both are pretty good lawyers.  my suspicion... you post here, because you don't in the real world.

as to how the constitution allows citizens more due process and equal protection than it does persons?

Or are you gonna bullshit and pretend stupid hoping people go away?

admit it, you don't know WTF you're talking about, you just ricochet around thinking nobody will notice.

I'm tempted to go for the cheap joke, and ask you to explain yourself, but I know that's gonna be so FUCKING TORTUOUS, I should rather set fire to my nuts.

Pace is too fucking rigid even to be CMC, let alone President.

You have to work with what you have.  If a fag is a good and reliable shot, I don't give a flying fuck, I'm gonna use him.  If his talents are hairdressing, so be it.  He's not gonna do it in the street any more than anybody else is, unless he wants to go to jail.

If you're crying about the way he dresses, or what he publishes, grow the fuck up.   That's what America is about, getting it out for the grownups to make up their own minds.  The children can stay indoors, and if you want to, that's your choice.

If your complaint is his very existence, then what are you gonna do, lock him up along with every other undesireable, ie not like you?  All the swarthy folk, the retards, people with bad hair and low IQs?  Let's not forget people with different religions.  All the people who may like to drink too much sometimes?  WTF makes you so goddamned sure *you're* the desirable?

No, to each his own, and if you can't deal with it, stay indoors and draw the blinds.
