I've been in the Hobby for 4 years now. I am absolutely hooked. For the most part my experiences have been good ones. I tend to prefer Independent providers over the Agency providers. The occasional date with Agency girls have been times where the add and gallery have been overwhelmingly erotic. Agency girls also tend to be more hard body types, always in lengerei and often have a foreign flavor, all of which I love. What bothers me about Agencies is that the ones here in Milwaukee are girls always on tour and are thus very high volume. Subcosciously I'm bothered knowing that I am the fifth or sixth customer of the day. With independents, they are certainly less volume (unless your crazy enough to answer the $100/hr provider BP adds-those lines go around the block--LOL) although there is often too many misleading adds. I would love to have the opinion of my fellow hobbiests on this subject.
I agree with Indy. Agencies tend to overbook and also everything goes through a 3rd part which I hate because you can't get any answers other than "yes they do" or "yes they will", but the provider has a different idea.
I like to deal directly with the provider. I am not going to go into name dropping, but the issue I find with Milwaukee providers is, they discuss clients with each other. I feel that is totally unprofessional. It is also hard to find the type you want. Alot of providers, but not alot of variety.
I've been looking for small breasted petite young ladies and Milwaukee doesn't have many. Agency girls have beter looks, but it comes with a price, which is high volume and no contact with the provider.
Just be carefull in Milwaukee with who you make appointments with because of how they talk to each other.

If you like small breasted ladies, then Lydia Lee and Isabel (passion pixie) come to mind. But, they are not petite, nor barely legal. But you will have a good time.
As a rule, I try to avoid discussions regarding what a lady will or will not do. If she is an independent, it will only make her nervous. And, like you said, an Agency will say anything.
Spartan describes the typical touring vs local issue. Touring ladies are high volume. One way to avoid being the 5th guy of the day is to book early in the morning.
What problems have you had with the ladies talking about the guys? I know that they have to talk to verify each other. Other than that, the ladies I have seen do not hang out with each other and chat about the guys.

I have seen ladies from agencies, independent touring ladies and the local ladies. By a far margin, I prefer the locals. After you see them more then once, the fun just keeps getting better!
I don't understand the part about providers discussing clients. We discuss the ladies all the time!!!

Now hold on Big "Easy". The difference is we are paying for a service. We expect something for that service. The "2 way street" in this setting only applies with regards to being respectful, courteous, clean and a gentleman. Yes, I tend to go to back-channels in finding out about providers, because quite frankly some of the reviews are hard to believe. The hobbyist often give over-inflated scores...for many reasons, 1.They embellish the story/encounter to empower themselves, 2.They believe that a good score will get them favors from the provider on a repeat visit, 3.They are concerned about angering the provider. Often we don't provide reviews when they are less than stellar because they don't want to jeopardize the providers businees. All of this makes it difficult to make our best choice when looking.
I don't feel that the providers shoud contact other providers about clients if that client can be adequately verified through the usual services ie. TER White List, RS2K,p411. Regarding Agencies, and visiting providers, I welcome them with open arms, because quite frankly, except for a handful of ladies, Milwaukee is slim pickings. Although I have enjoyed myself with the top tier in our city, I am not much into repeating. We definetely need an influx of new "local talent". The excitement of meeting someone new is too overwhelming to pass up. No offense to the ladies!!
If you want variety, then your best option is a road trip to Chicago. Some options for ladies in the Northern Burbs. Lots of ladies if you are willing to drive to O'Hare.
What have you heard about the ladies talking about the guys? If you use RS2K, there shouldn't be a reason for the lady to chat about you. If you use the other services, they sometimes pick one of the ladies that has giving you an OK to double check.
Hello everyone...Me being a provider I would like to shine some light to this situation...LADIES SHOULD ALWAYS SCREEN ANY AND ALL NEW INQUIRERS.... Even if you have seen someone before, but it has been awhile since last meeting(over 6 months)you should definatley ask for a recent reference...I cannot stress enough how important this is...Do not place 100% faith in these so called screening sites(rs2k, ter, nr, p411, datechek etc..)as none of these sites are 100% accurate in screening anybody...I cannot even count how many people have told me that getting on these sites (per there screening process) was easy peasy...Everyone that has used the sites to be verified have told me that no one ever called there jobs nor contacted any of there references let alone contacted them to verify anything....It is extremely easy for anyone with bad intentions to use someone else's info to sign up for a verified account...There have been numerous incidents on all of the above sites where guys have given fake reviews, contacted ladies asking for a reference when they never seen them...and most of the time these ladies will go along with it because they either just "dont remember" or there not keeping some kind of record of past acquaintances...So morale of the story is simply this...Ladies for your safety you should screen everybody...Call references...run phone numbers and emails thru the provider community sites that are out there for us to use to help protect ourselves...Do whatever is necessary to obtain any info you can...Most importantly trust your own instincts, if something doesn't seem right then it probably isn't....Gentleman, to shed some light on the worries of what us ladies "talk" about during screening, well most of us ( I cant speak for all) ask a few simple and standard questions like Have you met such and such and do you remember approximate date...as well as asking if there is anything they should know about such and such...That's pretty much it...Some ladies choose to go into depth detail about a gentleman and the session they had but that info is not necessary for me at the least....Ladies in my opinion if you discuss private details about a gentleman amongst one another then your by far breaking all rules of discretion and should not advertise your self as a discreet companion...the same goes for you gentleman...alot of you may have private info about a lady due to the fact that you may spend alot of time with her, by no means should you ever disclose that personal info with anyone....this is all common sense...We all have enough stress in this hobby that we just cannot avoid...and nobody needs any more added stress...besides this is supposed to be something fun and enjoyable for all of us...Thanx everyone and play safe...xoxoxo vixen
Although I respect the right of the Providers to screen to the degree they feel comfortable I would say there is 2 sides to the issue. I would never admonish the provider on there priciples, afterall they do take risks with every date they make. The hobbyiest can decide if they feel comfortable with the additional screening, if they don't ,they shoud do what I do, move on to the next provider. If I use one of screening services I expect that would be enough to verify the gentlemen. I have contacted RS2k and p411 and they have assured me they verify and screen each applicant carefully. They carry insurance policies in the event they do not fullfill there commitment to both parties. I personally do not want my white list and p411 references contacted everytime I try to schedule a date. I hobby 2-3 x month and make several inquires before I make my selection. Those providers who have agreed to verify me have in turn contacted me on several occasions to let me know about these inquires. One of them asked me to remove her from my reference list because she no longer wanted to receive verification request from all of her past customers...it was getting "annoying" and too "time consuming". To the gentlemen... except for verification services ie p411 RS2K etc 1)Never give your full name, 2)do not use your personal e-mail, create one for the hobby, make sure that you register using a fictititious name, 3)Get a cell phone for hobby use only, 4)never give out your employer or where you work, 2)never share information that can compromise your identity. The providers need to protect themselves from anyone less than a perfect gentleman, and from prosecution from law enforcement. On the other hand the client runs a parralel risk if our identity is revealed, our carrers, our marriage, our family, community standing. We have much more to loose in this hobby if something were to go wrong. I speak from personal experience on this one guys. I wish everyone well and please do not take my comments in a negative light.

+100! Very well stated. Whitelists, P411, & RS2K are NOT always enough to adequately verify a gentlemen... in fact, a large majority of ladies will not even accept just Whitelists as a means of verification. While the verification sites are usually pretty thorough, there HAVE been slips & problems at times(guys turning over their account info to LE for instance on more than one occasion in the last year). If a lady were to just take the 'OK's" at face value, & not contact his OK's, & verify that both his e-mail & phone number have not changed, then that leads to more problems. I have never heard of ladies discussing gents in depth... it's usually just a phone call or e-mail to verify that the gent was safe & would she recommend/see him again... that's not much to ask for one's safety.
We have to feel safe and as you stated verification sites try their best, but it is up to us as providers to look out for one another. Quite a few bad apples slip through the cracks when "okays" or "recommends" are not what they seem.
I have received emails from providers letting me know a few times that they Never even saw the gentleman!
Some were harassed repeatedly and pressured to give the client a stamp of approval. The list of endless scenarios unfortunately is as varied as one can imagine.
I strongly support promoting our welfare, both physically and emotionally for women and all the wonderful clients out there
Very well put Vixen. This goes both ways of course, as there are ladies who are not very scrupulous, like that Samantha dame, who gave me that sob storry, took my $95 and never provided any service. We do need to be careful, and yes, no one should go into great detail about what goes on behind closed doors but, if a guy smells bad, has a bad attitude, tries to bully girls into doing bareback who don't want to, you ladies should definetely communicate that type of info with each other. As far as calling someone's work, if those sites won't do that, you could always ask the gentleman where he works, and then very descretly call and verify yourself.
