Wanted to know from the Hobbyest and our Regional providers what the interest woud be for a meet and greet opprtunity. I have attended such events in other cities that I visit on business and its been a huge success for both the providers and Hobbyest. Logistics of such an event are never easy. It usually is at a private residence or Hotel Suite. Some have charged an entrance fee to pay for any expenses , including alcohol.
Anyone with any ideas? Interest?
I would love one in the Milwaukee area. I have been to Chicago for M and G, wonderful atmosphere.

I am starting to agree with you. I have seen Milwkauee Providers advertise on TER in the past. I know
many of them are members, and regularly check out the reviews. Why they choose not to participate
in any communication on these boards is very peculiar if they wish to expand and grow their business. The number of reads on our posts are in the 300-500 range...comporable to bigger markets...so I know they read this stuff. If they refuse to post a simple photo thread we can't expect them to participate in a M and G event. What is a hobbiest to do to engage our ladies? Either we accept them as they are or do what many of us do....and that is turn to the Chicago providers. There is a huge selection. Many of them are willing to vist for weekends, or meet at a hotel on the WI-IL border. I am certainly willing to travel a short distance for quality that is not available locally. Sorry boys!!
Unfortunately, I do not come to Milwaukee... for any reason. With a M&G, there would have to be a way to verify everyone, and only give out the location to those who have been verified. I known a Milwaukee provider successfully set-up one of these about a year or so ago... but she put a lot of work into it, lol.
I think a fun meet and greet is a terrific idea...I think it would be really worth while and possibly rewarding for all...So we should get something kicked off....Who's in? I definitely am!!!!!
Thanks for replying Vixen. I'm glad there is some interest. Nikkey is right. There is potentially quite a bit of work involved. I know there would be plenty of Hobbiest who would attend. Without a dozen or so Providers it would make little sense. The potential for future clients at such an event shoud be incentive enough . Verification would be by standard 2 provider reference, whitelist, p411/RS2K membership etc. There would be nothing illegal at such an event. Charging the Hobbiest 50-100$ entrance fee for expenses is reasonable. I do believe because of the verification process one or two of the Providers should take the lead. Lets see where this takes us. The fact that were talking about it is progress.

Alright everybody well im gonna take the initiative and kick off a fabulous meet and greet...im thinking mid to late April....any and all input and suggestions on day, time and location as well as theme and any other fun stuff would be greatly appreciated...So ladies and gents if you would like to attend please email me and let me know....There will be a verification process for all who wishes to attend...Lets get this this kicked off and have some fun with it!!!!!

I would consider it, depending on when and where. Milwaukee or bordering IL wouldn't be out of my way.

Sorry I missed the last one you apparently hosted, Sierra . Looks like 5-6 ladies have responded affimatively. Probably half way to a reasonable turn out. Question is who would like to take the lead? Any other ladies interested out there??
