In the Milwaukee Area, the airport area is popular as it is not too far from downtown, easy to reach from most of the area, the hotels are cheap, and its safer than many of the less expensive parts of town.   There are for example, a number of reasonable places along 27th street that would work, as well as every flavor of hotel closer to the airport.

Personally, I'd recommend somewhere in the Waukesha, or perhaps Delafield area as its nice and quiet, and close to me,  but it is a ride out of the city, and a few bucks more expensive.

Madison, the low-rent places are south of town along the Beltline, the neighborhood is a little rough. There's a number of places by say High Crossing / 151 that would make a decent incall, with of course mild discretion.  It's a little tougher to stay downtown.

There's a lot dangerous stuff going on in Wisconsin, lots of wolves in sheep's clothing.  I'm a veteran provider and have provided in Wisconsin for 7 years.  Right now, I'm not providing here.  It's too risky.  There's also a lot of misinformation and rumors going around.  PM if you would like some details.
