Anyone can start them... Lamont used to start them.

These days we are devoting much of our time, energy and resources on Whack the Morons Monday and Squat the Trolls Tuesdays, and some variation of that on rest of the five days...

You could have broken some rules..

Check with TER. You can also go to your Account Manager and check what does it say against the post that was pulled.
