Now that I've decided to start posting, I guess I can't enough...sort of like the hobby!!  

Anyway, just a question / oberservation to throw out to those with more experience / connections than me:  where are all the quality visiting girls?  Currently Eros lists only between 70-80 girls in the visiting section, and by the time you weed out the fakes (there seem to be a lot currently), the Baltimore girls, and the girls visiting in August 2007, there are only like 2 or 3 viable choices.  And, it seems like it's been that way for a couple months now.  I've been a hobbyist for over three years, and I don't remember a winter drought of quality visitors like this before.  There used to be anywhere from 100-120 visitors on Eros, which meant at least 12 actual options (after weeding).

Of course, there are always the quality local girls, but none of them do incall downtown during the day, which is the most convenient for me.  Anybody agree with me?  And, if so, what gives?

I agree, thing's have appeared to be somewhat slow for the last few month's. One traveller that I talked to said if she heard anything about snow she wasn't coming up here (from Florida) . Figuring if it snow's she wouldn't have any customer's or business would be bad. Other's bitched about the cold. I have to say if I had the choice of working down in Florida or here, I wouldn't be here either, especially during this time of year. In addition to the weather I think the recent LE activity in NY has some of the girl's, as well as agencies, a little spooked. A travelling provider that I saw last week for the first time was paranoid as hell about me being LE.

The visitng lady volume sure seems to be down from last fall. I am hoping, as Comp. Blue mentioned, that it is a weather thing.

Its Winter.  The girls don't need to leave Florida because all the business they get from vacationers this time of year.  They come here in the summer when no one is visiting them.

I think it was the inauguration thing, and the fact that all the hotels were 2 or 3 times more expensive.  The hotel rates are dropping now, so it should pick up... I know that those 2 factors were the reason I decided not to visit until late february

I absolutely agree. I recall looking through the choices available at this time last year, and my recollection is that there were a lot more good options. Go to Eros for other major cities and it seems like there are a lot more quality ladies.

Yeah, whenever I hit the "What's New" for Washington DC section on Eros, I always start drooling at the Boston ladies.  Seems like so much more quality talent visits Beantown...
