Yes I will be in the Virginia Beach area mostly during the last 2 weeks of October

Faaaaarrrrrr from some friends that I am having difficulty cutting off.

 
I remember Ms. Jones spoke fondly of the area, but not of the hotels.
Do you know if the off-season would mean less chances of my car getting towed?

I really want to spring for an oceanside hotel but only one is showing parking is free. And it has no wifi T_T
