Someone previously referenced this web-based list, linked below. BOS does get reviewed a lot. Others could say if it's the best. I'm not a k-agency fan.

but the impression I have is that for the most part, at least for the AMPs, you will find most are in either Norther VA or (IIRC) around Greenbelt MD. For the AAMP options pretty much all the asian options seem to be Northern VA -- with BOS being something of an exception.

 
BOS is actually a C-agency with mostly Japanese providers, or a J-agency. I was a customer of the agency that split into separate groups (some infighting from what I understand) and it was not the best around. The other link offered will have some good pointers (but is also a little out of date as some of the agencies are no longer around) so hope you make things work.
