My basic rule is that if she does not have TER reviews and has not made the effort to create a website, even a free on, you are asking from trouble.
there are exceptions to this rule. for example, there's a difference between UTR and TGTBT. in this case the provider doesn't appear to be hiding anything (in my opinion), but as always be careful if you TOFTT
