the price also depends on what days you go, and at what time during the day.  if you go mid-day during the week, your chances of getting what you want increases due to slow business.  it's easier to bargain down the price. but if you go during the weekend at night (god forbid you go after an orioles game), not much negotiating goes on.

I second Jeopcon's last remark--the atmosphere is, eh, a bit seedy IMHO and the girls vary considerably, from 1 (really) and up to about 8 (maybe). I haven't been to the Block in some time, and don't plan to return anytime soon. Not a real fan of the "big drink" plan either. I'd rather know where I stand with a known provider and donation. My personal favorite is Night Shift in Baltimore (Canton area)just thru the tunnels.  Generally, the women look nice and are personable.  However, I have never asked for or seen anything that wasn't above board.  Full nude lap dances in semi private area.  They get close and personal even at the bar.  Was there a few weeks ago, cover charge came down to $5 instead of the $20 when I was there 5 years ago.

I would be interested to know if anyone every received more at Night Shift, since some of the women are very cute.
