They have those Coinstar machines everywhere. You get 94 cents on the dollar, or something like that. Not bad. Then you can give the provider the cash!

I mention this because I was given a $50 Nordstrom gift card as a tip once...and it had nothing on it.

I have been given gift cards as well, I make sure to check to see if they are working. They are only given to me if the guy asks beforehand And I accept.
