Connected with a provider that i been seeing regularly for awhile. She's been distraught and troubled for being mis-managed beyond whats acceptable. . . being forced to work on days shes been real sick or too ill to work and having excessive money confiscated-stolen from her proceeds.  

Hey i know it can be a rough business in the hobbying world but when a provider loses the free will to work and crosses into slavery-indentured service territory then theres a wrong about. Hey i gotta very Libertarian view about this arena but using force-fraud to compel one to do things against free-will is a No-No.

Even with the best agencies out there she's giving up almost half of her money for them to manage her. And most agencies want their girls to work as hard as possible on the days they are supposed to work, because that's also their income.

 
Proud to be independent from Day 1 (well just about!) and there's TONS of info online for how to stay safe and work independently.

I hooked up at first because she advertised as independent but that was just a front for her male manager. I suggested same thing but she admitted not being good at it and preferring someone else handle her bookings for a fair % of her proceeds. Requested a madame cause guy managers have been douches and insensitive to her needs. So thats her reasoning.

Let's say she's not computer literate, minimum English, can't organize a schedule, can't make a reservation on her own, keep track of her own bills... an assistant may be what she needs.  

Again, RESEARCH. Many call themselves "assistants" but they take 40% and sometimes more of their income... Not good idea. (cheese name for agency / PIMP)

An assistant, manages schedule, screen, at times make reservations, and their job depends of what needs to be done.
There's a few of these amazing ladies that do this kind of job.  

I'm independent myself

Not an agency. No one should work when they don't feel like it. I hope she finds the strength she needs. Going independent would be the way to go but she sounds like she can't do for herself. Sad cycle.
