I love the sounds of firecrackers popping.  And the loud bang that is on a one second delay after the beautiful color lights up the sky.   Poor dogs.  They just don't get it.  It freaks them out while we leave them home alone.  They think that the end of the world is coming and their the only ones left.

Who ever figured out the science of how it all works... how do you pack the power in a little tube.  One looks like a star, one a circle and some that swizzle down the sky like a beautiful painting.  It's so cool.
