Tues. AM appointment. Arrived at the hotel early, waited 'til four minutes before the appt, time, called the direct line for room #. Got a standard "not available" message. Waited five minutes. Called again. Same thing. Waited another ten, called my office to see if there had been any calls. No. Tried directline once more and got a "voicemail full" message.
So far no explanation or offer of amends.
They advertise in this forum. I know as well as anybody that S--t Happens, but I'd like an explanation.
I didn't mention the lady's name, cause she could have no fault in this. She may have been in the room waiting for a call, as well.
