All three pics are stolen from the same insta model. She has 10m followers, including several celebrities. This model also has a free OF, one of her recent posts had $1500 in tips. I really doubt it is actually her slinging it for $400 a pop at JM.
New girl Sally London is easy to find on IG. Doubt it's her. Based on IG maybe from Venezuela with almost 10k followers.

I don't understand why they keep using fake pictures. Her business would be so much more profitable and reputable with true pictures and info about the ladies.
based on the reviews - PJs, slippers, low effort - not sure there is much more to know. Too bad 
JM doesn't meet these girls in person. They send their pics and that's it. Now, it would be nice if JM confirmed the pics with a selfie photo with today's date. But, in the end JM just screens the clients. It is a 50/50 shot these days.
But, use common sense. When you see photos of a women who is easily 10 who will turn heads at every corner...do you really think she'd be doing this? Also, if the photo look like IG photo...they are.
