Unfortunate event

Hello DC,
I must cancel my visit to the downtown DC area.  Some of my wonderful friends in DC/BWI knew that my father has been quite ill for some time.  Unfortunately, he passed away peacefully in the early morning hours.

I will be rescheduling my trip in October and visiting downtown DC the same week I visit BWI.

I will be extending a special rate of 200.00 per hour to the wonderful gents that had an apt. with me this trip.

To the wonderful gent that took my frantic phone call this morning ( you know who you are:) A deep and heartfelt thank you.  You have been a wonderful friend for the past 3 years and I appreciate you letting vent so early this morning.  I am lucky to know you.

Looking forward to returning to your wonderful city in October.
Missy

Likewise as Anik, sweetie.  Most sorry to hear that.  Perhaps because I could not see you at BWI a couple weeks ago, I was not among the ones who knew of his illness.

You've had some really lousy luck during your scheduled trips up this way, of late.  I know you won't *associate that* with us.  Nonetheless, will we do everything we can to make it up to you in October.  We want to give you "better things" to remember us by.

It seems like the lousiest things happen to the best people.  My heart goes out to you and your family at this difficult time, sweetie.

P.S.  I hope that the storm sitting off your coast will go easy on you guys this time.  Better yet, I hope it will avoid you altogether.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss.  Even though you've been planning for this day for quite some time it's still a deep shock when the inevitable occurs.  I lost my father 3 years ago and it still makes me sad sometimes.  Take care and the pain will mellow over time
