Stevie Thunder was extremely unprofessional with me when I tried to schedule an appointment.  Long story short.  I submitted a request via P411 a week in advance.  Stevie's responses where sporadic, she never confirmed or rejected my appointment request, but kept suggesting that she was 'available'.  The day before my appointment she still hadn't given me a firm answer and was dancing around the topic.  I was really pissed off from playing phone/email/P411 PM tag with her so I cancelled.  I almost submitted a complaint to P411, but decided not to because I didn't want to be 'that guy.'

Luckily my regular provider was kind enough to accept me on very short notice, so props to her.  Stevie will never get my business.  Not like she needs it anyways.

Alright, I buy that.  I am still fairly new to this hobby so please enlighten me if you will.  I see that you are a provider.  If I requested an appointment with you and you looked at my profile and saw something that you didn't like, something that made you question.  Would you at least message me back with a "sorry not interested" or is it ok for a provider to not give you a firm answer?  I have only met with 3 providers, 1 of which I've seen a few times, and based on my experience they always confirmed the appointment with an email/message/phonecall.  I just figured that was standard protocol and I pretty much go into every appointment request with this mindset.  Let me know if I am wrong, if I am then I will make a formal apology.

Steviie has been around awhile, and I am assuming that she has several regulars that keep her calender pretty full. I know from experience that she does not like to see new people. She will but you have to be paitient with her, until she is comfortable enough to see you. She is worth the extra effort though.

I've seen Stevie and she was easy to confirm via text and email. Even with a mix up we got it sorted out. It could've been due to you being a new hobbiest and/or the tone of an email/text.

It is better to be safe than sorry. If your gut (for both hobbiest and provider) is warning you to walk away, then you should follow that. Also, things happen in private lives that.

I'd send her an email asking, politely, if there was an issue and what you could do to make it up. If you both agree on meeting.
