Time for me to pay back the board a bit. Despite no reviews I decided to see Leah based on the fact that her pics were hot and Syds has a solid rep. Leah told me she does not like reviews and prefers to remain discreet, so I will respect her wishes and not post a review. I will say RUN DON'T WALK to see her! she doesn't want a review, but you comment in a public forum and post a link to her pics which are not even censored at all, so it doesn't really jive. As she'd just gotten into town, you managed to see her AND post a comment in record time!
If she has a website, with face pics, why would she care if a review is posted?? And when would something like 'please don't post a review anywhere' come up in a conversation while you're otherwise occupied? Sometimes you have circumstantial cases and this was one of those.
As you have almost no comments posted, it's just strange when someone with no history in the forum comes in and says how awesome a new provider with no history is. Certainly if someone who's in here all the time says so and so is hot, it's more credible. And it takes time to earn those street creds!
Just seemed weird.. And my comment wasn't really a slam. Trust me, if i slam someone, they'll know it!

my reviews are under a different name, and my posts about this were as tongue-in-cheek as they were mysteriously curious.
someone with no history in here comes in proclaiming a lady with no history is the best thing since sliced bread yet DOESN'T want to be reviewed just leads one to wonder. And in my case, I wondered out loud.
And for a provider who doesn't want to be reviewed, my attitude is too bad. This morning on the news, a Kerry piece was followed with the comment that Bush ignored repeated attempts at being interviewed for the same story. The story still aired. It's just a little odd when a provider specifically asks not to be reviewed. IMHO, those ARE the ones you review in-depth to compare what she offers clients, as there has to be some inherent reason why she'd not WANT to be reviewed.
Stellar reviews on here can make a career in this business. Terrible reviews can end one. And if she's so hot, and such a star in waiting, you'd think she'd want a few good reviews. It's no different than movie critics or any other critic service in any business.
And in response to your comment about my lack of reviews, TER allows one to use alias's and I use one to post comments under one to allow my reviews to stand on their own. My comments in here always don't fit the mold, and I've been opinionated about some providers. If, down the road I change my mind about one, I'd like to be able to see her without my comments hanging over my head.
With your 1 unsearchable (usually means removed) review and 3 or 4 previous comments in here, there was a justified lack of credibility and you'd not have been the first person posting a 'she's great' comment for a friend, or even be simply a fake id created just to rave about someone. I've posted hundreds of comments, and just write about my opinions and what I see. If you don't like it, don't write anything to be responded to. But with Heidi, NL and PK ripoffs and other fakes online, whenever an unknown name posts a comment like yours, it's going to make us wonder if it's real or another come-on.
And if you look at my threads, I stated way before your comment that I thought Leah was sizzling hot, and tried to get a time to see her, but she was booked at all the time I was able to get away.. So, you got a better deal than me. I had to pass on seeing her.
It seems Syd is removing her pics, as she's simply been so popular. If her pics are real, I understand it. She's got that smoldering, hot look that isn't seen often. Lots of pretty ladies visit these pages, but very few have that something extra that can't easily be explained and certainly Leah does!
I'd have seen her in a second, review or not if our times matched.. And if I was asked not to review her, I'd have to think about no doing it, as this is what TER is all about. I'd also wonder why.. Photos were posted, advertising was posted selling her services. There has to be a reason she wants to not be reviewed. Even odder if she's a 10/10 and doesn't want to be reviewed. My bet is ladies would die for a stellar score on here!
Oh well, I've actually bored myself out of this topic, so I'll move on..!

Actually, he's right Joe. I saw her today and she's attempting to keep a low profile. See my post attached to the earlier thread for details... I'd recommend her.
Especially on the heals of Heidi and company breaking into the area!!
Maybe she means 'discreet' as to the gory details, so to speak. ;>) Nearly all of Syd's girls have clear pictures on his website, with the exception of Jordana and a girl from a while back (Ashley?) who have none at all, so I wouldn't draw any conclusions from that. Syd's has a very good track record, IMHO. See my reviews. I may be able to shed more light on the situation soon!

I am new to this, and I do not have a bias for or against this provider, but it seems to me that if someone who is on the way out the door says, "Wow, that was a GREAT session Leah! I'm going to give you a nice review on TER." This would provide an opening to talk about reviews.
Here is a possible reason that the provider doesn't like reviews:
Let's say she does not provide the same level of service for each session. No matter if it's how she feels that day, or how she sizes up the hobbyist, but I think you call this YMMV. So maybe she does not want several reviews out there in the public domain to create expectations that will not be met. Of course, this defeats the entire purpose of TER, but it explains why a lady would not want to see her experiences relived on TER.
All that being said, I would still rely on several independent reviews over some time before indulging rather than basing any decision on one post on the bulletin boards. Buyer beware....
BTE, it seems to me, if she doesn't provide the same level of service to everyone, that is PRECISELY why TER is so important..! If she's charging the same fee, and gives one guy a total, super-duper, 5 star GFE, then gives the next guy a rushed, bored-to-tears quickie, then we should be informed about these things!
Whatever her reason for not wanting to be reviewed is her perogative.. The comment that was posted just shot that all to hell. Why be asked not to post a review in one part of the site, then post a 'she's incredible' comment in another? Wasn't that merely a short review?? You can't have it both ways.. If she asks not to have reviews posted, while I don't agree, that's her request. When one posts a thread that says: She asked not to be reviewed, but I'm going to come in the discussion forum and tell everyone she was fantastic and I had a great time and she was incredible, and hot, blah blah blah, and oh, yea, here's a link to her webpage and PHOTOS, then exactly what's the difference? ?
I don't see it. Granted, the review is longer and much more detailed, but the bottom line is she asked not to be reviewed, but in it's own way, the comment in here WAS a review..

Joe I understand your reasons for being sceptical. My original post just asked you why you did not contact me and ask thats all. For the record I did not post she was incredible and Bla Bla Bla. I said run don't walk to see her. When I spoke to her about reviews and she told me she does not like them and her reasons why I asked if a short post that she was the real deal would be ok with her. She said it was and that is what I did because I wanted to help here because this board has so helped me. That is all I was trying do so I ask that we end this Pattaya

This board has a healthy dose of cynisism, which is often helpful. When I read your post I took it as some quick feedback and an offer to help. Based on previous experiences with Syd's ladies, the pictures provided (have never known Syd not to post real photos) and your open ended offer to help, nothing looked out of whack. I posted a message a few days ago about what looked like a very phony review and I believe that is an important part of this forum. However. your post did not raise the same flags for me.
You were somewhat attacked after your post, although it looks like the comments were toned down through modifications. I usually agree with that poster on most issues and every one is entitled to their opinion, but just wanted to let you know the opinion was not universal. Please continue to contribute, it is what makes this board so great.
JC.. I agree 100%.. From your comments, I'll accept that Pattaya's comments were legit.. In my opinion, after searching out his one (cancelled) review and only 3-4 other posts, it just struck me as a little odd. And I agree he should not stop writing because I had some reservations.
Someone who has rarely ever posted, comes in and raves about someone NOT wanting to be reviewed, but he did his own mini- review none-the-less, just struck me as self-promotional.
And I wrote to Syd early on, wanting to sample Leah, it was a willing risk because Syd's agency has always had good press, and unlike a comment about someone stellar from NL or PK, the odds were pretty good she was legit, and Pattaya was also. It was just the string of not wanting reviews, but i'll tell ya in private, and him STILL posting a comment/review that caused my skeptic alarm to go off..
I'd have spent the $$$ regardless to see Leah if she had a compatible time..! I figured if the pics were real, and as you pointed out, Syd has never been accused of fudging the photo-factor, she would be hot just to see her up close and personal!
But alas, she was too hot for us to even anticipate she'd be booked up by Friday! I couldn't do the late afternoon apts, so i had to reluctantly pass.. But Leah certainly has to go down in the record books of getting a lot of attention in a really short time! She should move to DC, i think she'd be an ATF to a lotta people in a short time!

I am such a damn nit wit some times. I waited around even though I knew I wanted to schedule something with Leah, and then it was too late. I knew a lot of great ladies were coming to town from BDJ and WOE this week, but I could not wait a day, so I ended up having a sub par session with someone with zero reviews today. So some skepticism and patience is needed, I need to work on both those areas.

Saw her Sunday. Previous posts are correct, she is concerned about undue exposure and wants her pics taken off Syd's website. She's a model and doesn't want this to effect her other career, so would prefer to keep a low profile online. Anyway, she's a lot of fun, down to earth and intelligent too! I would recommend her. Although she's not my ATF, she's certainly very nice indeed! I doubt anyone will be disappointed (of course, you never know). If you would like specifics that I'm not posting here, TER-mail me. She's moving into the District during the early part of the week, then leaving. She said she didn't know when, or if, she'd be back due to her unpredictable modeling schedule.
