The website for KPopgirlsclub states the Agency is looking for a new venue.  It's been that way since April and no ladies have been listed during this shutdown.  The past couple of days Ladyladyva also stopped listing ladies.  Does anyone know what's going on?  Why has it been so hard for KPGC to find a new home?  They've been a good Agency with an excellent cast of providers.  LLVa is also good.

Their old home in Merrifield is a nightmare to navigate. I have only been there once and decided never to go back. That apartment building is huge and it took me quite a while from the time I parked and finally arrived at her apartment.

There are times when Discrete and HappyT don’t have a girl in town. Maybe it’s the same thing with LLLV?

I don't know about KPop, but LLVA is still active with their other name/site. They only had 1 girl last week, and she left after that. She is in another state now.

My guess is that only about 5% of the units in any complex are the really good units to rent for an agency to setup shop. But I suspect they are also in high demand by everyone else so generally don't come up for rent often. And, not just any complex will work.

Turns out the absence of provider listings at LadyladyVa was indeed temporary.  The site just posted an upcoming visit by Lora Queen.

The booker from sweetangels has sent me links to ladyladyva on a couple occasions so I think they are affiliated

They are indeed linked.  I was approved by LadyLady Va  by virtue of my ptevious approval at Sweet Angels.  SweetAngels used to be the DC branch of the Los Angeles based SweetAsiangems, but became a separate entity about a year ago.  However, ladies from SAG sometimes come to DC with SweetAngels as their agency.  Apparently SAG and SweetAngels are still associated with each other.  Lora Queen, currently with SweetAngels, is also routinely listed as an LA provider with SAG.

There are providers in units on every floor of the building in Merrifield that K-Pop operated out of and other tenants notice. One gal told me that she was waiting for the elevator when a couple of other women were complaining about all of the whores in the building and the men lined up at the elevator to go see them. My gal won't work there anymore, because she thinks it is too dangerous if it is obvious to other tenants.

This is so true and glad that finally someone is voicing about this. I have visited several girls from 4 different agencies that operated from the same building. I had to limit my visits, just because of the fact that this building had turned into a whore house in a community which has very high visibility. Every time I took a walk towards this building, I felt that there was a bust waiting to happen and what if it was today. That nerve wracking tension, sometimes kills the mood for me.

Do you think these agencies talk with each other and know that they operate in the same building?

I know some of them talk to each other or even have common ownership. Others agencies may be unrelated but are taking advantage of the provider-friendly management (which must have a pretty good idea to whom they are renting). Some of the gals in different agencies/units are aware of the other agencies and units they work in too. One gal listed which agencies were on which floors when I mentioned that I had been in the building before.

Even though the building is huge, the very small number of call boxes, entrances, and elevators create bottlenecks that make it somewhat obvious to the other tenants. With the need to enter codes into the call box, management must know which units get a steady stream of visitors.

And add to the mix the fact that most sessions start on the hour or half hour and many apartments have 2 girls inside each one.  I am suprised the agencies dont attempt to be in a unique area or building.

Even though Kpop are now not in action and I miss their services, I am really glad that they have moved out of this building and hunting for another apartment.

I get the sense that at least some of the agencies are moving to a more dispersed set of locations along the Virginia side of the Beltway from the Tysons area on south. I wonder if this is risk reduction on the part of the agencies, building management wanting  to avoid becoming tagged as a building of ill repute, or if building management is responding to complaints from the non-providing tenants. Some of them have always been in multiple locations but it seems like Asian Paradise Club, Sweet Angels, and K-Pop are moving out more thoroughly if not entirely.

"...are moving out more thoroughly if not entirely." What do you mean by "moving out more thoroughly." And if "entirely" means "cease to exist," then I agree that's what's happened to kpop. No matter what the web site stub says, four months is a long time to be dormant if you're serous about continuing business under that name.

I liked them, even if I rarely frequented them because they seemed to be pretty close to all-gfe all the time. The PO, or whatever they were, was similarly involved in delivering a good service as the guy from lovegfs. That may explain why they are both no more. LOL.

On the subject of GFE, anybody notice a change in the way some bookers/agencies in NYC are listing their girls?: "GFE" is as, or more, prominent as their country of origin, calling out the girls as exceptions to the new rule, ahem... BBFS. It warms my cock(les).🥹

Totally agree that it's good KPopGirlsClub decided to move out of the Merrifield building.  It appears tho that LadyLadyVa and SweetAngels (at the very least as far as I know) still operate out of it.  Having said that, I don't understand why KPGC is taking so long to find another place.

DiscreetStory and AsianGems are in two separate locations with open access buildings that allow one to go directly to the provider's door without having to enter a main bldg entrance for which a code is required.  Both have pretty strict regimens for maintaining privacy and discretion, like not parking directly by the building and not arriving overly early and loitering.  (Discreetstory really IS discreet.)   SA and LLVa are really pushing the envelope when it comes to running under the radar operations that don't catch the attention of LE.

Given that both are, I suspect, still west coast operations the people spending the money to fund the location are pretty safe so probably are less concerned about things. If so, a good reason to be more interested in working with truly local operators. The will have skin in the game.

WC ops are paying and a truly local operator: are these things you're at least pretty sure about or are they assumptions you operate under? It would seem logical that WC is preeminent given its proximity to Asia, but my own knowledge of the Long Island ops has always led me to assume NYC was paramount.

As for "truly local," I think we had a recent example, lovegfs, but they were gobbled up. The thing about them, aside from the attention given by the (I suspected) owner to deliver a really good product at a fairer price, they also used the least PS'd photos of a girl. There's another example at the tip of my tongue from the late 2010s, but that's it that I can recall.

It's kind of nice to see all this being discussed without the nervous bunch chiming in.
