Hollywood-East Hollywood Street Action?

Its been several years since I was able to survey the TS street action in Hollywood, West Hollywood and the downtown adjacent area?   That was where it all started in LA for the most part. Anyone have any recent feedback?

But im somewhat surprised the street scene still exists. With the ability to find reviews or at least, do some research to see if any red flags, im surprised mongers still want to take the risk.

So many things can go wrong in this scenario imo. Just sketchy and seems ridiculous to be willingly putting yourself in potential danger. Almost foolish, in my opinion.

Was more interested in the drive by just to check it out.  Agree.

I still like to get out and try my luck.  I'm bored with the new system.  It's worth the risk to me.

You could go to 7969 Peanuts on Santa Monica Blvd or even the Black Lite on Western and SM Blvd and have a nice selection.  Also, at 2AM, the Yukon parking lot could often have 50+ girls hanging out.

Peanuts that was the place, I remember so many great girls there. I haven't been to LA in about 5 years and don't know if I'd want to cruise the area again with more less risky places these days.

... and I missed it ... well, at least I had some interesting and fun times at the other venue that has passed into tranny history in Vegas. :-)

Yes, those were great places to hang. You can't forget "The Queen Mary" in the SF Valley which had a show and the little bar in the back. Street action was safer back then if you stuck to the known tracks. For reasons already mentioned, It's rare that I'll drive by the current hot spots.

Was out late  sat night took a Cruze and east Hollywood on the Blvd was active  around Normandie to the famous 7-11 . Saw about 8-10 girls out and a few in front of 7-11. A few lookers didn't  partake just took in the visual .

A few months back, I was near Huntington Park.  There used to be a fairly busy street scene and Pacific and Florence.  I drove by just out of curiosity, and there were a few girls out around 10:00pm or so on a week night.  It was usually a late night scene, so I'm assuming it's still going, but probably more girls from midnight to 6:00am or so..

As always, YMMV.

Any of you OLD guys remember Daniel’s on Hollywood Bl near Highland?  As a 25 yr old the first tine I saw a TS, or really knew they existed. (I had a sheltered childhood). This was around 1974.

... was my unspoken question to a co-worker who had invited me for lunch 'round the corner at "my type of bar." (Daniel's) Later, ooOOO00 Oops, I had no idea you are ... but then again it was Hollywood and we did work for a cosmetics company. And his best friend did give me such a sweet smile once as I was leaving the company restroom when he walked in. Turns out both allegedly perpetrated a defalcation against the company we worked at and were canned.

Drove around Hollywood and only saw homeless camps no street action

Almost all action is 3 AM to around 5 or 6 AM.

Almost all action is Western to Edgemont on Santa Monica with very very little anywhere else. There were a few popping up in the Highland/SM area for a while but now all I see there is one or two homeless men in wigs.

Friday and Saturday lates nights way better than any other time. One of the more remarkable things, late at night there’s sometimes a girl or two outside the Tiki Theatre that is the old porn place just east of Western on SM. I’ve never been in there and never plan to, but it does seem to be something of note.

... even the nothing-special ones become gorgeous at closing time, so how butt ugly are those who won't solicit business until after 3am?

Action at 5 am?  Are clients headed to work?
