Sometimes I’ve noticed on OF, the video is so grainy and dark, it’s not certain if the random guy was aware the provider pulled out her phone to record the moment so she could later post content. I’m guessing a waiver wasn't needed.
A couple years ago, I saw on someone’s profile (I can’t remember her name), a video where the guy’s voice asked “are you filming?” and she answered yes as she adjusted the camera, saying it wasn’t showing his face. You could hear some hesitation but he was laying there as she was doing all this without prior permission. There’s no way of knowing if she had caught/stored any of his image in her files that wasn’t posted online. For all the effort made to keep anonymity and avoid a trail, video proof could defeat that. Years ago, long before OF, I recall a provider sending out a warning after she caught a guy using a fake clock that had a camera inside it. Now in reverse it may be best practice to be aware and confirm no video occurs if that’s not your interest. Or if you do want to be on video with her or don't care if she whips out the camera, maybe get a discount since she’s intending to make money off of your participation.This is a good subject to raise awareness, which is "being filmed while with a provider". On a good note; OF has gone on the offensive, if some kind of internal permission isn't sent to OF before uploading new videos, or if they don't post the participants OF page or another kind of link, they will take down the clip within 1-2 days. More and more male models are creating their own OF pages as "guns" for hire by genetic and trans women and even male content creators. I'm not sure if other sites like LoyalFans or Fansly etc., are being this aggressive with permissions as OF is. It should be a simple talking point with a provider if they film their sessions. It's often more with the younger and more in shape clientele.
Tips for those who want to conceal their identity; give them your phone or camera to film with instead of them using theirs, you can edit out anything you need to. Or have them send you the clips as soon as they're done so you can check them and edit as needed. If you have any distinguishing features or tats etc. make sure to cover them somehow. If you speak, talk in a lower voice and or slower than usual and don't use common phrases you do elsewhere. I would also suggest buying a spandex type BDSM hood that covers your entire head with holes for the mouth and eyes only. Be careful and have fun out there.....
I ran into that problem in the country of Britain. I went to see a Lady in London. When we were together on her bed, I noticed a camera over the door. That was when I dressed and left!!! Being well known can have it's down-side.
Before we started I noticed on her phone she had arabic on it. I think she would have been from Lebanon. She also had used another lady's pictures. Fortunately I was able to go find that lady and alert her about her pictures being used.
When something aint right, it's up to us to let them know!!!
