- Yes, in the words of Ruby, all are "born boy" in physical terms but prefer to live life as a woman.  Body transformation includes breasts but also but, facial features, etc.  Most have a combination of hormones and surgery to transform.

Do any Transsexuals have pussy's?

- Yes, they're called post ops.

Have  women  become transsexuals by attaching a penis by way of surgery?

- Not the girls here.  Those are called post-op female to male (girls who have surgery to look/function like males).

I see ads for TS that state, 9 INCHES FULLY FUCTIONAL,  why would  ones penis not be FULLY FUNCTIONAL, possably because of all the hormones a man would take before and after surgery

- Confused is an understatement.  Hormones can make it difficult for a girl to get hard and/or come.  Surgery (lol) makes it impossible.
