In my experience, the majority of TS lovers/seekers are looking for "Chick with Dicks". That is, feminine, passable, etc., and the "generally accepted" concept of a TS as being a woman born into the incorrectly gendered body.
However, an awful lot of TS seem to be more "Guys with Tits" - strict tops, not very feminine acting, etc. In fact, most of the bad reviews you find, there's a kernal of this at the root of the bad review.

I'm not sure you can draw many conclusions about a TGirl's true personality from her escort performance, particularly for those with bad performance. For example, most tgirls either are versatile or bottoms (i.e., passive, feminine) in their private lives but prefer to top as escorts. I also know alot of girls are bossy and bitchy as escorts purely because they plain don't like to do it whereas in social situations, they are very very different. Hell, even I act different with clients than I do with friends.
I know some girls also act a bit more aggressive because they think the client wants it that way. I've gotten to know a famous NY Tgirl escort reasonably well and she definitely is far less aggressive after getting to know me and my preferences.
Guys, also remember, for many girls and clients, this is all an act, and not in a bad way. As my buddy once mumbled to me at a hooker bar in Rio, "I don't know if this girl really likes me nor do I really care, but she's a helluva good actress and that's all that matters right now."
