what do you guys think? one of my posts was erased by naming 2 t girls in San Diego who are HIV infected (this is is not just rumour i heard., is something i now know as fact) i really believe something should be done about this., but instead my post didn't make it on the public forum! i guess is against the rules., from now on i would be even more cautious about seeing providers, this is a small circle we all see the same girls and so ... not only WE are at risk but also the other T girls who are Hiv negative., even though is everyones resposabilty to play safe ., it does bother me to see how can these girls still advertise as escorts ! are they safe? i have my doubts since sometimes when we get Horny we go that "EXTRA MILE" since i can't mention names here (to protect the reputation of confirmed HIV positive t girl providers ) i'd like to just give an advise to everyone seeing escorts in San Diego (not that other cities dont have them too) be careful be very careful and use condoms even for oral! it will make a diference for us all. really!

Go for it. Always use a condom and you can't go wrong. Besides, from what I've read, the HIV indicator is not going to lead to a full blown case of AIDS. Check out the work of Peter Duesberg if you disagree. Do you want to stay healthy? Eat right and stay away from drugs.

Here is my take on the matter. Like I stated in an earlier post that was deleted. NO we actually shouldn't post on the boards about a womans/TS/whatevers heath period! And the reason for this is it would put TER at a legal position that would jeopardize this great website that all you guys, and we providers enjoy using every day.
But that said! I do believe that you as hobbyist should protect yourselves and be able to warn others. The post I spoke of in Vegas was that of a disgruntled man that could not pass the agencies screening to see a very well know provider. Hence he started a vicious rumor that she gave him Herpes. When all the smoke cleared it was just that a rumor started to get some sort of payback at this woman, for his lack of wanting to go through the required screening process to see her.
OK the point I guess I am making is this...
If you have factual information on a provider, be it a GG or a TS, you need to post something that will not be fuel for any agency, or legal institution to go after our beloved TER.
Instead of saying "So and So has this disease" Put a post out there that has something to do with facts, and say that if any one wants more info to PM you here on your TER Mail. (OH! you say your not a VIP? Well help support this site and become one lameo)
That way all said claims rest solely on the person sending the mail, and not on the website.
I had a friend here in SD that was ripped off by a provider and her GF. He does not have the savvy to use TER,(his loss) to know the facts about her, and he lost. But I posted on the SD board how mad I was that this could happen. Because I love what I do, and hate to hear bad things about how a providers can do such things. But I did not post the providers name. I instead posted that if anyone wanted to know who it was to PM me here. That's all you guys need to do. Do NOT go against the rules here. That’s why Hairy bears post were modified. It was solely to protect TER and not to censor him, or do anything like help the TS in question.
Today I had booked a guy for a session for Sunday night, He later called me back, to talk about a few things. I got a feeling that this said person was a High Risk for STDs. So at that point I said thank you but no thank you! PERIOD!
You guys need to be careful, and to look out for one another. But you cannot spread rumors of any kind on the boards. Kibitz amongst your selves, but DO NOT! Put any risk of losing this great tool you have at your fingertips, by such irresponsible posts. Think responsibly, and play the same way please.

can anyone give a specific example, as in a name or case number of a tgrl escort that successfully filed legal action for damages for doing something that is illegal in the first place? "Excuse me your honor, but do to the revelation that my client has aids, her business has dropped off to the point where she only gets to butt ram six customers a week instead of the usual forty seven." What do you ask for in damages, the difference between how many guys you fuck now and how many you fucked then?
For any provider to make a case, they would have to hire a lawyer at 100 plus an hour (depending on the lawyer) or shell out on a flat retainer, probably 2000 bucks. Thats not including fees and paralegals (80 an hour). And how about selecting a jury? Have fun!
Besides, just because one person says another has aids/whatever, does not make it true. I happen to think you are better off in the extreme safety mode because, lets be honest, whenever someone say "play safe" there is a hidden assumption that the provider or the hobbiest may have something. Too bad, it's part of the risk/game. If you don't like taking tgrl chances, take up checkers.
If someone wants to name names, that does not mean the whole world will cave. In the history of this forum, how many threads were on tgrls with aids and how many were focused on the aquisition of tgrl mugumbo? I'd say the ratio is way on the poon side.
Besides, a forum like this should be angular and full of fire. Tgrls are not for kids, it's a dynamic experience that most within the scene can handle.
Hiv may not develop AIDS but to stay healthy you DO need to stay on medication for life! not to mention the emotional and side effects that comes with the medicine.,once someone becomes positive of course they need to have a positive attitude eat well dont drink no drugs but that does not guarantee that "someone" will stay healthy and the HIV ghost will haunt "him" forever! how could you keep this secret? specially if you are married have roomates and so on. and yes Condoms aren't 100 % safe but not using them it is 100% unsafe! and they DO work! i never had an STD in my life so the thought of becoming HIV infected it does scares me. i'm not planing to see anybody in the near future (for good)
Once it comes out that any specific provider, TG or GG, is HIV positive, continuing to work should be a felony.
But I was speaking about posting it here on the TER boards. NO WAY should a provider still be working if she knows that she is HIV positive. But neither should a hobbyist see providers if he knowingly is positive as well.
OH and yes like it says........ If a provider is known to have AIDs, and she is busted again for prostitution it is punishable as a felony.

I think TER should offer some corner of dialogue specific to this issue, even a specific portion of the boards.
Could anything be more serious than lifelong or life-threatening disease? There isn't much debate on this issue. If a provider thinks even in the smallest percentage that she is a risk, she needs to stop, get cleared, and then begin if she's clean. I add that the exact same standard applied to us hobbyists -- if you so much as suspect that you're suspect, then hold off.
I realize this is is expecting people to be responsible, but so be it. I think that if TER offered a corner on the unpleasant topic itself, it would gently force folks to actually BE more responsible, since this is a community of communication.

I'm a standard member so i think i'm not able to e mail anybody here., i will gladly give you details on these 2 people who are HIV positive (not only names but also other details including dates of arrest and real names .,you can confirm all of this )some of the local girls will tell you if you ask them it seems they all know each other. one of them gave me specific details on this matter also told me about this other T-girl who died of the disease and was a good friend of the two other who advertise on eros., they attend to a local support group in the gay community and there's more but ... just give me your personal e mail and i will tell u what i know.
hey h-b, just fyi, you can EASILY find a provider listed at TER whose website link needs updating and file a problem report and get 2 free days -- for each one you report! next time you cruise thru to check some girls out, see if you don't stumble on one or two with dead links but who have current ads on eros or exotics or wherever. report them, get the days and then answer my personal mail!
