Visited Bangkok last week and had a great time.  The Guess Bar is everything everyone has said it was. The girls are hot, all over you, and there is no constant pressure and tugging like the bars at Nana Plaza. If you show interest in someone else the other girl just walks away. You can even see what they are packing before you go upstairs. I walked in and out of all the TS bars at Nana, and it was still the same, grab, shove, buy a drink before your eyes get adjusted. Went back to the Guess bar every night. Bar fine is cheaper, and the upstairs room is reasonable and nice enough. I highly recommend it.

We're going to Bangkok later this year for some surgery - a pussy for Jessica and boobs and a new face for me.  giggle

Start at the J.W. Marriott on Sukhumvit (near Nana Plaza) cross over  the overpass in front of the Marriott and turn left onto Sukhumvit and walk along Sukhumvit past the KFC/Pizza Hut to the corner of Soi 1. On the corner, there is a beer bar complex loaded with gg bars on the first floor. Walk swiftly through the gauntlet and walk upstairs to the 2nd floor, take a left. The Guess Bar will be on your right at the end of the hall. If you would like a map, there are a couple on AsianTS.com forum section. They have one forum devoted solely to the Guess bar; it is that special.

Wish I had your review a month ago when I was in Bangkok.  Nana is a bit of a downer because of the girls aggressiveness.  Where else in Thailand do other readers recommend?  I was in Chiang Mai and Chaing Rai and did not see much TS action.  I heard Pattaya is good.  If so, can someone recommend good TS bars?

Honestly, picking a TS out of a NEP bar is almost as bad as pulling teeth. I always wait for the 2:00am show when NEP closes and all the GG and TS stroll out and spill onto Soi Nana 4. Just find a spot at Bulldogs or the Beer bar attached to the Nana Hotel for the best view. Pattaya has a pretty good TS scene. You have Hi-Boss on Soi 6 and the infamous Jenny Star bar on Walking Street. There are also literally hundreds of TS freelances along Beach Road (towards Soi 2). Phuket offers a few places - the most recognizable one being Cocktails and Dreams.

The pushing and shoving and overall aggressiveness of the girls in Nana Plaza makes it downer. I walked out of each club after a few minutes even though there was some good-looking talent in each club. That's what makes the Guess Bar so special. I enjoyed looking at the link posted above. Makes me want to go back next weekend. Pattaya has a good TS scene. See the above post for info. I tried to get in touch with Nancy from Pattaya, yes the one with the enormous cock. I was very disappointed. I was told she had an Australian boyfriend and moved to Sydney. Those Aussies are doing the same thing the Italians do in Brazil. Find the hottest TS's and move them to Italy. Got horned up looking at Nancy's photos on Ladyboy Crush, and not finding her in Pattaya made my visit there a bust. This one concerns me a bit. You can not nickel and dime this part of your evolution (youth and gender). You've come too far. I would love to revisit that part of the world, look younger, find my soulmate, & save money....It all sounds great! The reality is you have to live with these decisions every day of the rest of your life.

Hi capndude and lotus66  - Oh absolutely, I understand honey, and we really appreciate your concerns and especially your nice compliments!  :-)

The doctor we are going to in Bangkok is one of the top SRS and facial surgery doctors in the world.  He has done work on 5 personal friends of mine and they all look great and have been happy with the results, down below.  One is another "Eros" girl, I can't say who of course, but he did her face and boobs and honey if I can look half as good it will be a success! :-)

We have researched this for many years and I've been in contact with our doctor for 2 years via e-mail and the phone twice. So I feel confident we will be in good hands medically.

What we are planning to do is actually to take several months, fly to Bangkok via Hong Kong and China, do our surgery, recover, then continue around the world on the trip of a lifetime, in what I hope will be a discovery of the world for Jessica and the fulfillment of a lifelong dream for me.

We just don't know "when" it will happen. Jessica starts school again soon and we don't have the $$ yet. So it may be a year or more away.

Although we have been thinking of raffling the new equipment off with a "winner take all weekend" as the grand prize...  Giggle

Thanks dtbctrek. Always enjoy hearing what the latest news from LOS is. I'll be stopping in to experience it for myself next month. Guess looks far classier than most Thai ladyboy bars. But, I also  kind of enjoy the filthy free-for-all that is Nana. My secret tip for Nana is dont let them make direct eye contact, cause then your dead meat. So it helps to be an ass & leg man, but tinted glasses also work for me. Sometimes buying a beer for a bar manager can merit some breathing room too.
