I wish dagoop, and perhaps we will both learn something new, but my understanding is this area is too conservative and neighborhood communities, LE, etc., wont let anything get off the ground.  Further, no one has any idea where to go to meet TGs.  There is Chaos' TV nights, but it is reported that very few TS's hang there.
