Mistrial Declared in HIV Prostitution Case
An impasse was declared Wednesday in the prostitution trial of a woman in California who is HIV-positive after the Superior Court jury reported that it was deadlocked. Judge Arthur M. Lew dismissed the panel and set August 7 as a pretrial hearing date for Panchita Hall, who will be retried under a 1988 state law that requires convicted prostitutes who have been informed that they are HIV-positive to be charged with a felony upon their next arrest.

Dude once again this trial steemed from a girl being picked up on the street which is prostitution NOT escorting BIG differnce.
Escorts DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT have to submit to HIV tests,,,,,,,,My dad is the county prosecutor for my hometown I know what Im talking about as well as I was busted in Atlanta as well have had friends busted in Cincinnati, Chicago, Boston, and LA,,,,,,,,,,,,,,NONE and I repeat NONE were asked or made to HIV test that ONLY and I repeat ONLY has to do with girls or guys or ts's picked up on streets.
You're wrong, at least for LA. But even if you are correct, what's the point of your ramblings? I certainly wouldn't feel any better and/or safer.
Seriously, dude.

I wasnt rambling I was responding to a post earlier by him, He said that we were required to get an AIDS test and guys could go get our court papers to see if we had AIDS or not I was stating that he was wrong that escorting and prostitutions charges are treated differently, though pretty much same he would be ona wild goose chase.
Nothing else, Nothing more

First of all you need a license to escort! so if you do have one and get caught by LE you will be charged for not having an escort license and...PROSTITUTION!!! MAYBE depending on their MOOD or who knows what! you will be required to get an HIV test. i m pretty much aware of this also you will need to go get SEX EDUCATION classes regardless of your results... This is something i KNOW trust me and let's not have an argument here., maybe sometimes girls are required to have it done depending on every case and personal criminal records., and then again im sure is different in every state and city. nothing would be better than LE requiring HIV testing just by advertising anywhere on the internet or local papers . even if they advertise for free sex! ps You will be charged by prostitution not matter if you get caught working the streets in your house or doing an out call. Prostitution is the exhange of money for sex! escort these days is a fancy word for a prostitute (which sounds ugly and nasty) Plus getting an escort license could get you in more trouble! just ask someone with experience on this.
Girl Im not going to argue but I will tell you in the last year, I was busted in Atlanta and was NOT charged with prostitution, I was charged with escorting with no license and NO hiv test was needed.
My friend H. was busted in Chicago three weeks ago same thing
My friend V. was busted in Boston three months ago SAME
My friend G. was busted also in Atlanta a year ago SAME
My friend K. was busted in Houston hmmm SAME
So you see my dear its very strange that in 5 cases all within a year and NONE where charged with prostitution or required to do a HIV test
Oh well doesnt matter.

Los Angeles County requires HIV testing once you are charged with any sex related crime. If a girl is not tested when arraigned and she pleads guilty, testing will be a condition of probation. If she pleads not guilty AND makes her court appearances, the judge will make her get tested on one of her pretrial court dates.
But every city/county/state/country may have different laws regarding testing.
Maybe its time for some new friends.
