So far the biggest girls I've seen were in Europe, but were all from South America. The absolute biggest was Agata XXL, she's in the milf or Tilf age and category. She never got more than 90% hard but was still an actual 9 1/2" inches long and about 7" around, I bet she could get to 10 and possibly a bit thicker.
