If the gal has a pancake ass, some implants can look nice.

This reminds me of former genetic girl pornstar Stacy Valentine. A reporter had interviewed her for having plastic surgery addiction. She was among the first to have what I think is now called a Brazilian butt lift. Where they use liposuctioned fat from your mid section and inject it in your ass. She also had her boobs blown up to DD or DDD, a nose job and other facial surgeries. The difference was she had most of them done all at once.
She looked great afterwards, as do many trans and genetic women after various procedures. But there is an odd trend of going too far, not as much with breast implants, but some crazy big butts. To each his own, but after becoming so out of proportion you have to question what is going on that someone feels they need to do that?
Well its a matter of taste...there is no right answer. And clearly there must be a lot of guys who love this, since so many gals go out and do it.
I just wanted to add my 2 cents that a nice slim tight ass is my #1 favorite thing on a gal. The slimmer the better.
Agreed, it's a complete matter of taste, I'm not a fan of overly large bust or butt, it's a good topic of conversation. Procedures considered to be within the normal range of plastic surgery vs the extremely large bust or butts which seems to be a growing trend. I'm not sure it's only due to an anticipated desire and attraction from the opposite sex though. How much could be some kind of plastic surgery addiction? Or a persons self worth based on the size of their bust or butt?
