I shouldn't be surprised because it has happened to me 6 times, so far, but come on guys, really. Every time my VIP membership expires I get no warning, just the warm and loving words "basic member". In your entire data base you cannot trigger a warning pm that would go out to those folks that have an expiring membership in "X" days. Then you would allow your good, and established customer to be proactive and pay the frickin bill before the expiration date. I know it's a novel idea, but some of us actually pay an account when it is due, or even before. So please see if this can be done and help out your 30,000 plus clients. There I am done raging, everyone please have a good night.
I have gotten email messages when my VIP is expiring.
You can also click on your account manager to see how many days you have left in VIP.I've gotten emails about it too. They emailed me to tell me I had 9 days left last time it was about to expire...
The email address I registered with I no longer have control over. Because of that I had ask management if they could just shoot me a pm, and that was agreed upon, oh well one of these days I will quit bitching and call in the up date, thank you all.
