Before the donation, you should say hello. Introduce yourself. Compliment her on how nice she looks. Talk about what you're into and what you want to do... Then give the donation and get started. Are you asking about a walk-in-the-door protocol unique to trans providers? Within the first minute or so of being in private I will invite or otherwise prompt the client to feel me up, just to make sure there aren't any doubts about what's in store, lol. But I don't think the quick touching to verify intent is really that unique to trans providers.
