What's up, and what's an "Opion"? 
My top 10 my waver from time to time, but my top three or four has pretty much remained the same. Sapphire is a doll, and definitely in my top four given her beautiful feminine face, figure, and traits. She's a bit on the thin side, and I don't believe I've met or seen a TS woman with more feminine features than Sapphire. However,hot young woman that she is, and she is in a league of her own PHYSICALLY given her incredible feminine looks and shape, what Sapphire might have on Lilienne and others in the physical realm, is easily matched or usurped in this case by Lilienne's bold womanhood,sexuality,and,read closely -- ATTITUDE. Lilienne flaunts her womanhood, while Sapphire seems content to stay in the background. Lilienne strikes me as proactive, a doer so to speak. A woman who knows what she wants and won't stay put until she gets it (Insert this thought into any bedroom fantasy). Sapphire, as beautiful as she is, strikes me more as a passive type, and while there might be moments and fantasies when a passive woman might turn me on, it does not turn me on as much as Lilienne's attitude does.
