I will try and help.  Normally the rooms rent for 4 hours on Friday and Saturday.  I believe it is about $30 for the rental and you can rent the rooms multiple times.  The hotel charges 50% more for each guest after your first guest.   I would think using room service is the way to go rather than carry food and drinks in.  You can most likely order Uber Eats but I cannot confirm that.  

Sounds like you are somewhat familiar with Tijuana but for the sake of others, request your dates from the comfort of you home and then go to Tijuana, as guys will find out that their first 3 choices are already scheduled when they call from the hotel.  

For our group we don't even go to La Mansion or La Premier on Friday and Saturday nights as it is a real "Shit show" with long lines and we want to keep our schedule.

Concur with the other comments but will add:

It's $31 for 4 hours.  As mentioned, to bring in another Chicka it is an additional 50% - but that does not extend your time!  You are still limited to fit in that second provider within the initial 4 hour window.  That' why I prefer to just switch to a new, clean room.  

You can order Uber Eats but the food at Mansion is actually pretty good and inexpensive.  Plus a bottle of wine is about $15 and I think beers were about $4 each.  I can typically have dinner and bottle of wine in the room for under $30 so cheaper to have dinner with your date in the room and then go straight to the fun after that!  

Also agree that it has been too busy lately.  During peak times/days you're likely to have to wait for a room or sit in the garage for another 15 minutes until the cleaning lady leaves.  I've been having a lot more luck just going to M20 which is very close by and also has a smaller menu of food options and wines/beers but it's still been pretty good - and I've only had to wait for a room one time out of maybe 30 or 40 visits.  It's also easier to enter/exit versus attempting to merge into the very busy Rapida during rush hour!
