IMO the two leading Tijuana escort agencies (in alphabetical order) are: CUMINTJ and MexicoLindoBar. Both have many satisfied customers. (MexicoLiindoBar is perhaps best known for its 8 hour over night dates, a service either not provided or not promoted by other agencies.) Both agencies offer true GFE service and do not photoshop their pictures.
HotTijuana dot net also provides true GFE sessions. Their major shortcumings are the pictures on their website are often out of date and/or mildly photoshopped.
Musas is very propular, but not an agency I recommend. Their clientel are largerly "Cheap Charlies" willilng to put up with subpar service to save a buck and hobbyists lacking experience with other agencies.
Musas prices are lower than those of other agencies, but so is the level of service they provide. (They have burned me so often I no longer use them.) Their escorts show up late (or not at all), leave early, and/or do not provide the GFE services promised on their website. Their escorts have also been known to ask for extra for a service the website says is provided.

Although I do not remember this I think that you are accurate and you're complaint and I would say in my defense is that if you have a problem it should be directed to the agency immediately not at the end of the date as I mentioned in our example you don't eat your food first and then complain about it you tell the restaurant immediately when something is wrong so they can correct it. It would be easy for me to throw the lady you saw under the bus as she is not with our agency anymore but she was very popular always got good reviews and actually married one of our clients so whatever your problem was was very unique. Again I'm not saying that you had a great time with her but the problem should have been addressed immediately and not after the date.

I've used the services of Mexico Lindo many times and I've never had a problem. The girls all look like the pics and any issues I've had have been minor. As for your experience, something tells me that you're not telling the whole story.
The whole story is simple. We got to the hotel. She asked to take a shower. Took her 30 minutes. When we got comfortable she didn't have condoms and was mad I didn't. We had to order them from the hotel which took 20 minutes. It was awkward because she refused to even get on the bed with me. Plenty we could have done. By the time we got them, she said time was almost up and we had one rushed quickie. When she wanted to get paid, I only gave her half. She got mad.
