It can still be 2 hours on some days and often on weekends.  After around the 6th or 7th the line generally tames down a bit.

I cross last Sunday it was crazy.

I used the Vans service El ticktron

best $10 I spent. At least you can sit.

once in the van took 45 min.

Sunday and holiday evenings are always the worst time to cross.

Usually after 7:30 to 8:00 pm the line dies.  After 9:00 it's often under 5-10 minutes.  (Sundays and holidays excluded.)
