To pro or not to pro?

So I've dipped my toe in and gotten a number of responses, which, based upon what some people here have said, seem to be largely pros working SA. One wants to meet for drinks tonight and texted me her number. Googled it, and yep, she's a pro. Now she's said nothing yet about P4P, but I imagine if I text her I'll get the pitch. So the question is: do I text her, or not? I just offered meeting for drinks, with no expectations (I have somewhere else to be, so can't), but I'm wondering if she's hoping once I've started texting, the little head will take over. Truth is, her rate according to TER is far above what I'd be willing to pay. And I've already learned you don't pay for the initial meet.

But she's below the 50-year-old who, based on a 20 year old appearance in Playboy, thinks she's worth $6K per month, or if I'm not up for that yet, $2Kper week. Yeah, sure. Oh, and can you explain where 2 years went, miss now-I'm-48? Mmmm-hmmm.

One. Should have mentioned that initially....it's OK, but not spectacular, and her rate on there is above what I'd pay..

AFAIK, the 50/48 year old was never a provider. Why slam her? Well, a few reasons. First, it was literally in her second e-mail, which I thought was a bit gouche and very offputting. Second, I thought it very much smacked of her not really reading my profile, because if she had, she'd have probably guessed that was far above what I was going to pay. And third, because I noticed she keeps changing her profile (making herself younger), in an attempt to see what works, apparently. Makes me wonder how honest she was being.

He's not referring to me. I'm not on any SB site, and if I were, I wouldn't be asking for $6k per month...more like $16K. :D lol (joking)

But, as long as you've got the $$$, hookers don't care. ;)

OK, all fun aside, my dear GaG...read my "Thank You, Everyone" post in my thread below. You can sometimes be a pain in the ass, but right now...you REALLY are! I was injured in an accident, and I can't sit and type...I'm in severe pain. :(

And, no, I never had children. If I'd had a daughter, I would not allow her to fuck you for money...but, I would be pleased if you dated her, because I truly like you!

I mean we're here for the same reason, right? But I do adjust my playbook. If a lady has posted anywhere else as a pro I see no problem in saying to her, hey I saw a picture that looks like you while browsing on TER or wherever and wondered if that's you.  Are those rates what you are looking for dating here on SA as well?  

Sometimes a pro who is looking for dates on SA will adjust her rates, but usually, in my experience, she'll want her normal rate. Otoh, some girls transition in the opposite direction. One SB I dated a few times locally last year just made the transition to escort and is now reviewed on TER and is on P411 as well. But she's kept her reasonable per hour rates the same as her SB rates which is refreshing.
