It's about $60 per month if you sign up for 6 months. I recommend just 1 month to start. But don't pay until you are ready to roll--with a refined profile, pics, and a list of favorites. Until then, use the free membership to look. You need to pay if you want to contact anyone or read messages sent to you.

It requires time, effort, and good decision making, but the rewards can be substantial.When I first started, I created a profile and posted it without a pic and I did get some responses, but I started getting a lot more hits and a lot more women agreeing to meet once I posted a pic.
There have been SA/SB/SD threads on the Reviewers Only board (admission requires 10 reviews and approval), plus a few of the local regional boards (at least NYC and DC) occasionally. The bulk of the info over the past several months has been on the Erotic Highway board.
As noted, guys have gotten some responses without pics. My guess is that either they got responses from indiscriminate SBs looking for money and not caring about looks, or they got responses because other aspects of their profile were especially appealing.
I assume you have a spouse or SO, because most guys on here do (I don't). In that case, I recommend discretion. I'd use a small number of blurred or cropped public pics. Make sure they don't match any work, Facebook, or other pics that friends and colleagues would recognize. I also use blurred private pics, but many guys will use more revealing photos. I volunteer to email or text unblurred pics. That gives me more control over who gets them. It also gives me their phone number or email address. Just in case the SA site gets hacked, I don't want unblurred pics the there, even without a SO.

I've thought about going this route on and off. My first SB was delightful and I enjoyed the time. I've not seen or read about any other sites that may be worthwhile to explore.

You buy credits and don't use them unless you decide to make an offer - I've been more than pleased with responses on that site (including a currently regular SB)
The accept your offers and you have to use your credits to unlock the dates in order to start the conversations. Two girls went radio silent on me after I just said hello, how are you. One stopped replying to my text after we set up a dinner date. You sure had more luck than I did. Plus, they only have about 600 POT SBs who fit my search criteria, while SA has over 2400.
Credits are relatively cheap, and I don't bid over $200 no matter how hot. My experience has been about a 50% reach an acceptable offer stage, and of those About half progress to the meeting stage. I have had 5 actual meetings, 3 became intimate, and one, who would rate as a 10/10 is now my regular SB going on 6 months - and at far less cost than connecting with a similar quality ATF pro. I paid $150 for the 450 credit package, so its been worthit for me. And 3 who I spent credits on but never got to meeting with became flagged as pros and I got those credits back.
I live in a rather small city, I have no idea if there is even any activity here, but I am willing to wager a date here is most likely a literal pittance. How many credits does it take to "unlock" a profile? Forgive me if I phrased that incorrectly.
For every $50 you offer (that's the minimum), you have to use 10 credits to unlock the date. 100 seems to be acceptable in the DC area unless the girl is really hot. So if you offer 100, you would have to use 20 credits to unlock the date. I bought 100 credits with $50 and already used 70 credits for three different offers (100, 100, and 150).
