It's been pretty quiet in my SB world. Especially since I turned 65. But in the past week I've been contacted by 5 SBs who want to meet NOW. I even dropped my offer by 100 and it was no problem. Maybe it's the old.....the rent is due in 10 days?
Perhaps activity in the Sugar Bowl is like the difference between climate and weather?

I can't recall where I saw it but someone compared the sugar bowl to Uber and its pricing, on the basis of "monetizing underutilized assets."
If these assets are sitting around idle it makes sense to get whatever you can.. of course the opposite will be true when it comes to "surge pricing."
