Large cities likely will have good options.  I looked at Turin for a friend and found only 28 women in a broad search.  In contrast, there were over 4,000 in Paris.

I have had the good fortune of finding travel companions/lovers on SA when traveling to both Europe and Asia...but it takes considerable time and effort beforehand to establish that kind of rapport and comfort level to spend the $$$ and several days together !
