I think I am seeing an influx of women saying they are marriage mind or looking for true love. Are any of you seeing that in your area? I guess Seeking is trying to be more of a dating app
I just think the ladies are clueless or naive.
I believe that's been the explicit goal for a few years now.

Yes, it's possible. I seem to recall Seeking posting stories (several years ago) about couples meeting on the site and ultimately getting married. But it's definitely not typical and is cause for skepticism.
This approach is the primary attack mode for the infamous "Pig Butcher" scam. They hope to find a lonely guy who is desperate to find a soulmate and who's had no luck with the traditional paths. They offer up hope for a "real thing" then once they get the target hooked, they start squeezing him for cash.
Other aspects of the scam to look for:
She's Asian (maybe east Euro), super-hot, mid 30s and speaks more poetically than any real SB looking to get cash. She may even explicitly say she does not want money because she has her own from owning a business (usually an international business in design, fashion, consulting, etc.). Her pics show her in designer clothes, doing upper class stuff like drinking coffee in Paris, etc. No matter where she is located, she will not be available to meet face to face anytime soon (she's on travel for business, or she prefers to get to know you to build trust, etc.).
Eventually she will mention an uncle who taught her how to make serious money with crypto and that has made her independent enough to focus on finding true love. By the way, she'd be happy to let you in on Uncles' secret steps to success, as long as you promise not to share the info and spoil the market.
So how do I bust out of that pattern? After a few rounds of text, I insist that we meet THIS WEEK for a romantic date. I tell her I need to know she is serious and if not, I will move on. Usually, I get scolded or shamed in her reply. And that's how you know HE is a scammer.

The other thing that stands out to me is their often poor use of words. For instance one SB said these things
"Show me how different your are" "I’m very jovial and makes sure everybody around me is happy. I believe in karma so I don’t revenge on people."
Is heavily true of scams. So be very careful and follow the typical rules. Never send money before meeting and make sure she's actually DTF.
Some girls are looking for a boyfriend with money or to find a long term relationship where they are taken care of. Keep in mind, most younger girls have an image in their heads of what you can afford and not what you can really afford.
