And to their fans, it was a good defensive game and the Giants really put their heart into it. They truly deserve the win.

I hate to say it, but I was really disappointed with the commercials. Some of them were just downright GROSS - ie those hideous commercials for careerbuilder. And some of them were painfully lame like the ones for Sales Genie.
Bud Light as always though, had some good ones. But at $90K per second, what a complete waste of money.
and NOT in a good way.
Eli got lucky.....MVP...my *ss.
(Can ya tell I am NOT a Giants fan.)
The game was great but come on we have all seen better!
What game were you watching?? That was one of the best Super Bowls I've seen in a long while. Not since Denver beat the Packers (being a Bronco devotee here) has a game come down to the wire on the very last play to be decided.
This was a defensive battle start to finish, and proved to be one hell of a game. I don't care who your favorite team is, you have to give it to the Giants for pulling off a spectacular upset in grand fashion. The Giants just made my list of favorite teams!
I do think though, that either Tyre should have been the MVP for that improbable, spectacular catch, or Strahan for his non-stop motivation of the Giant's defense. But why quibble. It was a total team effort.
I'm a Patriots fan, and they just didn't show up. I think the MVP should go to the entire Giants defense. They played one hell of a game. The offense didn't show me much for either team.
It was a ton of fun to watch the Giants defense make the mighty Patriots look like the Bears offense...And Eli surprised the hell out of me last night and delivered a great win! The pats showed up and turned out not to be as good as everyone thought they were.
18-1...
It has been an absolute zoo around Phoenix with the Super Bowl and the FBR open. Traffic, increased LE, and everything else. They said there was a total of 250 parties this week.
It was nice but really looking forward to getting quiet .... at least until Spring Training next month.
