I guess for those who like that type of holistic nonsense it works for them.

I would see someone who is a trained professional to diagnosis why I was having a problem.  Not some hooker, tantra, other unqualified person to hope that taking shit from a store will solve my issues.

It safe, inexpensive, and has kept my wood good and hard.  

My tantrika is a serious student who attends many a conference related to her field, and I have confidence in her.

Since the brain controls sexual desire, if someone taking ginseng feels that it gets them harder and keeps them hard, who is to argue whether it's the actual ginseng, or the "placebo effect"? It doesn't really matter.  All that matters is that the guy is happy with the results.

Many people seek remedies and cures from holistic medicine.  I've had that stuff pitched to me many times over the years.

Most likely it does no harm...but sometimes people need real help with qualified medical professionals.

What comparison do you have to prove that taking ginseng had any effect on you?  You might be even more virile not putting any of that crap in you.  Does your tantrika also sell you the stuff?  I hope you have seen or have access to qualified physicians should you end up in trouble.

and starting about ten years ago as I entered mid-50s, I noticed that things were getting sluggish.

When I began to use ginseng, etc., I noticed not only a cessation of the decline, but in fact a real turn around.  More than a few of my regulars also noticed.

Today I feel better and am in better health than at almost any other point in my life.

I have to give weight to better exercise and overall nutrition for the effects, but I don't doubt that my tantrika's ministrations have also have something to do with it.
