When some posts a stupid question, it is going to flash dummy in red
When maginas post, there will be big laugh

I was too late to sign up for beta testing

If you think the upgrade was scrapped, you know nothing about IT, and systems upgrades.  My presumption is that the new site is delayed due to need for further development, and bugs that still need to worked out...which is common when major upgrades and changes are made.  Better get ready for retirement of TER Classic within the next few months...you've been warned!
