OMG she thought my TER name meant...

I had a recent interaction with a provider who got a bit concerned and paranoid (her words) and pointed out to me that Leo can stand for Law Enforcement Officer:(  

Never mind that it's followed by the numbers 501 as in "Five O" she added.

Shit, does this mean I should start over with a new handle? Leo is not my name either, it's my Astrological sign. Had I been born a few weeks earlier, I would have been Cancer501...and used something else for my name LOL.

Guys, how did you choose your TER name?

I would most definitely advise a name change for you.

My handle should be rather obvious. I am a degenerate gambler (and whoremonger of course) and I lived in Ga at the time I joined TER.

Good think you didn't pick "UncleLeo" or no hooker would EVER respond to you. lol

Meh, change it if you want, but most of us don't use our TER handle when arranging a rendezvous...

As far as my handle and alias, both come from movie characters that I like. Each one from a different movie that kind of portray how I view life.

TER will let you change your handle periodically . . . .

and any reviews you have will show under the new handle, so you don't lose them.  Same with changing your alias.  However, board posts stay under the name originally posted under.

My regular handle that I use on other sites was already taken so I had to come up with something else. IBD is an acronym and Photography is pretty much self explanatory.

Interesting, when I saw your handle I jumped to the same assumption...

Except I thought 501 was the area code possibly, I did think Leo could be LE. No, I didn't bother to see if 501 was an area code or where, just knew it wasn't one I've seen.

So, maybe change it? The provider made the appointment so you obviously have other ways of setting up playtime.  

I think, possibly incorrectly,  the cops would be more imaginative.

Seriously, If LEO (as in "the police") really were acting as a hobbyist to run a sting, bust providers, gather info, or whatever, would they use a handle like "LEO?"

IMHO, this Provider is an Idiot!

If you were LE, does she think you would advertise it!?  Maybe you should change your handle to "Vice Police" so that all Providers will know what to expect
